We reserve the right to change our Terms of Use at any time, so please be sure to check back for updates. Lack of knowledge when it comes to copyright infringement or understanding terms of use is not an excuse.
You are responsible for knowing and understanding the terms.
You may NOT: Claim our printables or
graphics as your own or offer them
for download, pass them through groups such as Yahoo, MSN, any email
list or post them as freebies on any forum/message board, this includes sharing them with friends, place the images on items
considered downloads/printables or add them to a CD for sale.
All items must be finished goods that you offer your
customers.
We will require that all images be protected when displayed
on your website. A simple "sample" watermark, no right click or gridlines to
prevent (as much as possible) anyone removing the graphics from your site.
You MAY: Use our printables for your personal OR
commercial use to create hand finished items that you sell directly to your
customers. These files must be printed and presented as a finished personalized
product directly to your customer.
You MAY: Print as many items from the files that are
contained within the collection that you purchase. The only limitation would be
if you are going to use our printables for mass production. In that case simply
email us and we will be happy to work with you.
At no time do we allow our files to be
shared digitally.
Everything displayed on this website is copyrighted. All designs are created either by us from
various talented sources or purchased rights directly from artists that
we contract with through paid licenses. All images, photographs and
illustrations displayed on this website are not to be used without prior
written approval.
We do allow our printables to be used for your business
promotion and require a clickable link back on your links or resource
page.
We thank you for considering us as one of your sources
for your business needs. Please let us know if there are any questions
or concerns.
Due to the nature of our products, refunds are not
available. All files are sent via digital download directly to the email
address listed in your Paypal account. If you need to use an alternate
email address (or you have AOL, Comcast etc.) you may want to add to the
comment section of the Paypal transaction your choice of alternate email
addresses.
If you don't hear from us within the day, please email to
ensure the zip file is getting to you. Please check your spam or bulk mail
folder.
Additionally, since a portion of our graphics are contracted
transactions with various graphic artists, we cannot sell the graphics as
stand-alones. This would violate terms of use. We must also ask that you do
not amend, re-color or crop the images or templates. Again, if you need
something altered, changed or added to, we would be delighted to assist you.
